This policy explains how Ghost Trade Indicator (“GTI”, “we”, “us”) handles the information of anyone who visits this website, submits a form, registers for a webinar, or takes part in one of our educational programs.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the details you provide:

• Name — so we can address you correctly;
• Email address — to send you a confirmation and to reply to your enquiry;
• Mobile number — to contact you about your enquiry, demo or session;
• City — to plan offline sessions and understand where our learners are based;
• Any message, topic or preference you choose to include, for example your preferred mode of learning.

We also record the date and time of your submission and the IP address it came from. This is kept as a basic security measure to help us identify spam and misuse.

We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or any trading account details through this website.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the website, our measurement tools (described in section 8) may automatically record technical and usage information, including:

• your device type, operating system, browser and screen size;
• the pages you view, the time spent on them and the links you click;
• the website or advertisement that referred you to us;
• an approximate location derived from your IP address, usually only at city or region level;
• cookie or device identifiers assigned by these tools so return visits can be recognised.

4. Communications from us

Confirmation messages are sent from noreply@ghosttradeindicator.com, and replies from our team come from support@ghosttradeindicator.com. Our communication is educational and informational in nature. We do not send trade calls, tips or recommendations. If you no longer wish to receive updates, tell us at the support address above and we will stop sending them.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:

• service providers who help us operate the website, hosting and email delivery;
• platforms used to run a session you registered for, such as a meeting or webinar service;
• analytics and advertising providers — Google and Meta — which receive website usage data through the tools described in section 8;
• authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

Our service providers may process your details only to perform the service they provide to us. The analytics and advertising providers named above act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, and the data they collect may be processed on servers outside India.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as needed to respond to you, to deliver the program you signed up for, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Website usage data gathered by the analytics and advertising tools in section 8 is retained by those providers according to their own retention settings and policies, and is held separately from the details you submit through our forms.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share, and access to our records is restricted to authorised team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the safeguarding of your details seriously.

8. Cookies, analytics and measurement tools

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to understand how it is used, and to measure how well our educational content reaches people. The tools below are operated by third parties, and each of them acts as an independent data controller for the information it collects.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how long people stay and how they arrived at the site. It sets cookies that assign your browser a random identifier. We have no way of using it to learn your name, email or any other identifying detail, and we do not combine analytics data with the details you submit through our forms. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a container that loads and manages the measurement tags described on this page. It does not, by itself, create a profile of you or store personal information. It simply controls which of the tools below are active on the site.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our educational campaigns and to show our content to people who have previously visited this website or who share similar interests. The Pixel records that a browser visited certain pages or completed certain actions, such as submitting an enquiry form, and reports this to Meta. If you are logged in to a Meta service, Meta may connect that activity to your account. This processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Our advertising is educational in nature. We do not use these tools to target anyone on the basis of financial circumstances, and we never advertise assured outcomes of any kind.

• Essential— required for the website and the admin area to function. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics— used to count visits and understand how pages perform, in aggregate.
• Advertising and measurement— used to measure campaign performance and to show our educational content on third-party platforms.

How to control or opt out

• block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time;
• install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop your data being used by Google Analytics;
• adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta ad settings;
• use your browser’s “Do Not Track” or private browsing options.

If you block these cookies, the website will still work, though some parts of it may behave differently.

9. Third-party links

Our website and communications may link to, or load content from, third-party services such as TradingView, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google and Meta, as well as meeting platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices and may set their own cookies when their content loads. We are not responsible for how they handle your information, and we encourage you to read their policies.

10. Your rights under Indian law

We handle your information in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. • have inaccurate details corrected;
• have your details deleted from our records;
• withdraw your consent to receive updates from us;
• object to analytics or advertising measurement, using the controls listed in section 8.

11. Children

Our website and programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted details to us, please let us know and we will remove them.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.

13. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, any complaint about how your information has been handled may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at support@ghosttradeindicator.com. Please include your name, the details you submitted and a description of your concern. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
